Dr. Susan Cleereman & Dr. Leroy Wojewodzic and their dental team are donating their services to
provide much needed preventive dental care to very low income, uninsured children
who would otherwise be unable to receive dental services.
Please refer children in true need
FREE Oral Health Care Screenings, X-rays, Exams, Sealants, Hygiene Instruction and Basic Restorative Care will be provided.
